Welcome to Mawambul
Mawambul means together in Wiradjuri language. When we were considering our name, this word resonated for us on many levels. We thought of our relationship and connection - each of us comes from different places but came together to form a team. We each have different skills and expertise: coming together we are stronger than alone.

Our Story
Mawambul means together in Wiradjuri language. When considering our name, this word resonated on many levels. We thought of our relationships and connections - each of us are from different places yet came together to form a team. While we each have different skills and expertise, together we are stronger.
Mawambul also reflects our way of working. We seek to get the best outcomes for Country and community. To do this, we work in partnership with many - Indigenous and non-Indigenous; community and professional. With those differing perspectives and knowledges coming together we achieve the best outcomes.
Mawambul symbolises our vision and commitment of always coming together focused on our common obligations and responsibilities to Country. This is our way of practice grounded from ancient Traditions.
Our directors met in Awabakal Country, each working in their respective fields. They had the opportunity to work together on different projects and build their relationships over time. They have now come together to form Mawambul and create a team with experience, skills, qualifications, authentic knowledge, and strong relationships. We pride ourselves on delivering quality outcomes that prioritise Country and community.
